Our parish is also concerned with social projects.

A diocesan initiative of congregating various entities in a building next to the church is called CDD (Cidade de Deus) Project.

The following organizations share its space so far:

- The First Association of Physically Disabled People of Jacarepaguá, which offers orientation and support to those who have special needs;

- Street Style in Movement, which is an ecletic dance group and offers classes to children, teenagers and youth;

- Competence is the name of a professional training course, with an emphasis on teaching the English language;

- Institute Dom Hélder Câmara, which is responsible for the "Anglican Programme of Health Promotion", sponsored by Episcopal Relief and Development, intends to support and provide guidance for families in many aspects related to physical and mental health.
